We are looking to find motivated support for our office team. Your Responsibilities
– Solution-oriented communication with customers and colleagues in German and English
– Preparation and further processing of customs and freight documents
– Adherence to and execution of customs procedures
– Kaufmännische Abwicklung von Aufträgen für unsere Kunden aus dem In- und Ausland
– Order acquisition and scheduling
– Complaint management and returns processing
– Maintenance of customer portals and product data in our CRM and ERP system
Requirements
– Fluent in German and English (verbally and in writing)
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Detail-oriented and structured way of working
– Professional experience with Microsoft Office
Qualifications
Preferably completed commercial training or related experience.
